These terms apply when you buy from this store. Reading them should take two minutes, so they are written to be read rather than skipped.

Sold here only
Mistly is not sold on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace, and we have no resellers or stockists. If you find it listed anywhere else, it did not come from us, and we cannot tell you it is the genuine product.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price or description turns out to be wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute something.
Prices shown include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
What the product is
The Mistly Clip is a personal comfort device: two soft silicone tips that sit just inside the nostrils and glow with 660nm red light, used for a few minutes a day. It is not a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have ongoing symptoms, see your GP or pharmacist, and keep using any treatment they have given you.
Use it as described in the instructions supplied with it: gently, just inside the nostrils only. Not for children. Do not use it on sore or broken skin inside the nose, and stop if it feels uncomfortable. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, ask your GP first.

Delivery
Set out in full on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you get the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the UK, and you can bring a claim in the UK courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
