Sold here only
Mistly is not sold on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace, and we have no resellers or stockists. If you find it listed anywhere else, it did not come from us, and we cannot tell you it is in date or that it is the genuine formula.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price or description turns out to be wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute something.
Prices shown include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
What the product is
Mistly is a cosmetic mouth spray and a rechargeable device for delivering it. It is not a medicine and it is not a medical device, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice or as a claim to treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have a dental or medical concern about your breath, see a dentist or a doctor.
Use the device as described in the instructions supplied with it. Keep it away from children under three.

Delivery
Set out in full on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you get the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the UK, and you can bring a claim in the UK courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
