Use Mistly for ninety days. Use all six flavours. If you are not leaning in with more confidence than you did before, email us and we will refund you in full.
Device opened, pods used, all of it. We make the window that long because we are confident how it ends, not because we are hedging.
How to claim
Email us at vilksdags@gmail.com within 90 days of the day your order was delivered. Give us your order number and one line about how you got on, because it tells us what to fix. You do not need to send anything back.
We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of approving your claim. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 5 working days to show it on your statement. Delivery charges you paid are refunded with the order.
The guarantee covers one order per customer.

Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Cancelling within 14 days. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving one. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back. Email us and we will confirm the return address before you post anything. You pay the cost of return postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner.
One exception, and it is the usual one for anything that goes in your mouth. Flavour pods are supplied sealed for health protection. Once a pod is unsealed the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that pod. The 90-day Kiss-Ready Guarantee above still does, which is the point of offering it.
If something is faulty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your device or a pod is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number. You have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and we cover return postage on faulty goods.
