The 60-Night Guarantee
Use your Mistly Clip for up to 60 nights from the day your order is delivered. If it has not earned its place on your bedside table, email us and we will refund you in full.
Used, all of it. You do not need to send anything back.
How to claim
Email us at vilksdags@gmail.com within 60 nights of the day your order was delivered. Give us your order number and one line about how you got on, because it tells us what to improve.
We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of approving your claim. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 5 working days to show it on your statement. Delivery charges you paid are refunded with the order.
The guarantee covers one order per customer.
Your legal rights, which sit alongside the guarantee
Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Cancelling within 14 days. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving one. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back. Email us and we will confirm the return address before you post anything. You pay the cost of return postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner.
One exception, for hygiene. The Mistly Clip's tips sit inside the nose, so it is supplied sealed. Once a clip is unsealed the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that clip. The 60-Night Guarantee above still does, which is the point of offering it.
If something is faulty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your order is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number. You have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and we cover return postage on faulty goods.
