Using the Mistly Clip
What is it?
A small rechargeable clip with two soft silicone tips that sit just inside the nostrils and glow with 660nm red light. You use it for a few minutes as part of your bedtime routine.
Will it fit my nose?
The tips are soft, flexible silicone and sit just inside the nostrils, not deep inside. If it never feels comfortable, tell us within 60 nights and we refund you.
How do I use it?
Clip the tips in, press the button once, and sit back for a few minutes while you read or wind down. Then take it out and wipe the tips.
Which set should I choose?
One Mistly Clip is £39.95 plus £3.95 delivery. The Pair is two for £69.95 with free UK delivery and the 30-Night Journal. The Household is three for £89.95, with free delivery, the journal and a silk sleep mask.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the silicone tips with a clean, damp cloth after each use and let them dry. Do not put the clip under the tap.
How do I charge it?
Plug it in with the cable in the box. The instructions in the box show how long a full charge takes.
Can we share one?
We do not recommend it: the tips sit inside the nose, so everyone should have their own. That is why the Pair and the Household exist.
Is it a medical device?
No. The Mistly Clip is a personal comfort device for your bedtime routine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have ongoing symptoms, speak to your GP or pharmacist.
Who should not use it?
Do not use it on broken or sore skin inside the nose, and stop if it feels uncomfortable. Not for children. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, ask your GP first.
What is the 30-Night Journal?
A digital bedtime log we email you after you order the Pair or the Household. One line a night, so after a month you can see your own pattern.

How does delivery work?
We ship from UK stock, tracked, in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is £3.95 on one clip and free on the Pair and the Household. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What is the 60-Night Guarantee?
Use it for up to 60 nights from delivery. If it has not earned its place on your bedside table, email us and we refund you in full, even if you used it.
How do I ask for a refund?
Send us a message from the contact page with your order number. That is all.
Is Mistly sold on Amazon?
No. Mistly is only sold at getmistly.co.uk, so every clip comes with our 60-Night Guarantee.
Is it a medical device?

Can I use it at work?
Yes. It is small, quiet and has one button. A few minutes at your desk, then it goes back in your bag. Your nose glows red while it is on, so maybe not during the board meeting.
