Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. All prices and delivery charges are in pounds sterling.
What delivery costs

An item means one device or one pod. A device with three flavour pods is four items, so it ships free. Five pods on their own is five items, so that ships free too. Express delivery is charged on every order, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery.
The exact charge is calculated at checkout before you pay, and what you see there is what you are charged.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are picked and dispatched on working days. You get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as yours leaves, so you are never guessing where it is.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. An order placed at the weekend is dispatched on the next working day.
If it does not arrive
If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or the courier says delivered and it is not there, email vilksdags@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to argue with the courier yourself.
Where we ship
United Kingdom only at the moment. If you are outside the UK and want it, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you yet.
